What is U-JKD?

United Jeet Kune Do is the martial arts programme designed by Lloyd Lyon and focuses on the range of styles and experiences he has had during his 20 years of training. U-JKD is his interpretation of Bruce Lee’s philosophies of martial arts and his teacher, 6th Dan Master Andy Gibney.
