Eligibility
Any person having legal residence in Kuwait and having
Telugu as his mother tongue (belonging to any state/country) can
become a member of the Telugu Kala Samiti. All members should
renew their membership within three months from the day of Ugadi.
Other Indians who are interested and have legal residence in
Kuwait can also join TKS.
