Illicit pictures, links and text which contain offensive material or are of a sexual nature are not permitted anywhere on this site.

We accept no responsibility or liability to each member or any other party to any security breach whereby personal data has been accessed outside our control.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this document at any time and will let you know accordingly.

All data is the responsibility of each member. We take no responsibility for any data that is inaccurate, invalid or missing.

We reserve the right to end our service at any time and are not liable to keep or return any data.


3. Acceptance

If you decide to proceed with registering to this web site you must agree to the following conditions of contract.



CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

1. REVIEWS
Not all reviews will be shown. They are shown on a random basis. However some will not be shown based on certain conditions.
They must be written in English so that any breach of the Terms and Conditions can be dealt with as soon as possible.

2. IMAGES
If you use images from other web sites you must make sure that there are no copyright infringements.

3. TOP 10
The Top 10 list consists of the total sum of the favourite sites selected by the members. No other factors influence this total.

4. DATABASE
There is no official limit to the amount of personal database records allowed. However members with records which exceed 1000 will be contacted and will have their database facility removed.

5. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
If a personal Homepage has not been accesssed for more than 6 months. It will be deleted without consultation.

6. AMENDMENTS
Default Images and content may be amended at any time.

7. VALIDITY
During the sign up process each member will select a unique user name and a password. It is important that these details are noted as we will not respond to any request for these details.

8. LIABILITY
All data is owned by each member.

9. INFRINGEMENT
If any of our terms are broken then we will deal with each case individually. In almost all cases the user's account will be cancelled/terminated.

10. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION
We reserve the right to cancel an account without notification or reason.

11. PAYMENT
Our service is free but we reserve the right to charge if we wish to do so in the future.

12. LEGAL EXPENSES
The member agrees to bear all legal expenses including solicitor fees that may be incurred by any claims or demand made by third parties caused by the violation of these Terms and Conditions or infringements.

13. INFORMATION
Any information requested from us would have to be made in writing and would incur a cost of Ł1.00 (sterling).

14. UNSUITABLE MATERIAL
We will not allow material that is deemed to be obscene, pornographic or to be otherwise in poor taste; nor will we knowingly show material whose purpose is to encourage unlawful or inappropriate activities or behavior in others.

15. DELAYS
Site maintenance may mean delays at times to your service.

16. PRIVACY SUPPORT NETWORK
We have been primarily designed to provide clients with a private and secure environment in which to store their database information.
